The Aim

North Lincolnshire are one of the first Councils to take on the E-Voice system. VOICE aims to enable us as your Local Authorities to support you our local communities through a suite of interactive online tools. These will facilitate the creation of e-communities where people can gather online to discuss issues, find and share information, organise, work with each other, and engage with service providers like Local Authorities.

VOICE can support existing e-enabled parish and town councils, the voluntary and community sector, neighbourhood groups and other local initiatives such as partnerships and consortiums - and help those who aren’t already online to build a website for free.

The toolkit includes a variety of easy-to-use tools which can enhance existing online communities as well as develop new ones. Its simple to manage website tools include: web forums and discussions, e-participation and e-consultation tools and many other interactive functions.
